Bobby Joe Winters, 82, of Rosiclare, Il. Passed away on November 30, 2013 at 12:245 P.M. at Hardin County General Hospital. He was born on April 14, 1931 in Cave In Rock, Il. To Cecil Winters and Addie (Milligan) Winters. He was a retired mechanic.
He is survived by a son: Anthony Winters; sister: Florence McDowell; grandson: Joseph Winters.
He was preceded in death by his parents: Cecil and Addie Winters; Brothers: Leonard and Bill Winters; Sister: Vesta Thorne.
Hardin County Funeral Services, Cox Funeral Home, is in charge of arrangments. As per his wishes, Mr. Winters has been cremated.
