Mr. Bobby Cloe Hughes

Bobby Cloe Hughes, 85, of Cave In Rock, IL. passed away on Monday October 3, 2016 at Deaconess Hospital in Evansville, IN. He was born to Milas Hughes and Isabelle (Martin) Hughes in Shawneetown, IL. on July 16, 1931. He was a member of Mt. Zion General Baptist Church and an Army veteran.
He is survived by his wife: Thetna (Lampert) Hughes; Daughter: Rita Dennison; Grand Daughter: Wendy and Ron Wade; Grandson: Jeff and Sonya Dennison; Grandson: Bobby Dennison; Grandson: Jeremy Dennison; 14 Great Grand Children; Brother: Kenneth Hughes; and Sister: Hazel Vanek.
He was preceded in death by his Parents: Milas and Isabelle Hughes; Sisters: Sharon Patton, Edith Hughes, and Elsie Roe; Brothers: David, Willard and Chester.
Hardin County Funeral Services, Rose-Gilbert Funeral Home, is in charge of services. Visitation will be on Thursday October 6, 2016 from 11:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M. at the funeral home. Funeral services will be held on Thursday October 6, 2016 at 1:00 P.M. at the funeral home. Rev. Harry Spivey will officiate the services. Burial will follow at Mt. Zion Cemetery. American Legion Post 571 will conduct graveside military honors.
