Billy Deneen Tolbert, 52, of Cave In Rock, IL passed away on May 2, 2014 at 4:35 P.M. at his residence surrounded by his family. He was born on December 29, 2014 at Rosiclare, IL. to John Arlie Tolbert and Naomi Faye Boswell Tolbert.
He is survived by his Wife: Regina (Fuquay) Tolbert; Daughter: Tamara Burton; Son: John and Ashley Tolbert; Grandson: Isaiah Tolbert; Granddaughter: Kaitlin Faith Burton; Granddaughter: Ginger Tolbert; Brother: Deryl and Kathy Tolbert; Many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his Parents; Granddaughter: Haeliegh Grace Burton; Brother: John Dewayne Tolbert.

Hardin County Funeral Services, Rose-Gilbert Funeral Home, is in charge of services. Visitation will be Sunday May 4, 2014 from 5:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. at Potters Church in Cave In Rock, IL. Funeral services will be Monday May 5, 2014 at 1:00 P.M. at Potters Church. Burial will follow at Cave Hill Cemetery. Rev. Larry Lewis and Rev. Joe Mills will officiate the services.
