Billy S. Hale

Billy S. Hale, 85, of Salem, KY passed away Saturday December 12, 2020 at his home. He was a member of Barnett Chapel General Baptist Church where he served as Deacon and song leader. He had served in the Army National Guard and was a farmer.
Survivors include his nephews, Joe (Toni) McDaniel of Franklin, KY, Monty Riley of Marion, KY, L.E. (Jan) Hale of Morganfield, KY; nieces, Jan (Richard) Gregory of Marion, KY, Marie (Steve) Burkhart of Marion, KY, Mona (Mike) Gish of Owensboro, KY, Lana (Bob) Masse of Paducah, KY, Jeanetta (Bob) Gibbs of Cave-In-Rock, IL and Vickie (David) Yandell of Manitou, KY and a host of great nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, C. Earl and Esther Hale; sisters, Mona McDaniel and Naomi Riley; brother, Gus Hale; half brother, Joe Hoover and nephew Rick Riley.
Services are scheduled for 1 PM Tuesday December 15, 2020 at Gilbert Funeral Home in Marion, KY with interment in Whites Chapel Cemetery. The family will receive visitors from 10 AM until service time at the funeral home.
