Anna E. Boone, 87, of Marion, Kentucky, died Thursday, December 11, 2008 at Crittenden County Hospital in Marion, KY.
She was retired from the Crittenden County School System after 30 years and was a member of Emmanuel Baptist Church in Marion, KY.
Mrs. Boone is survived by her children; Elaine Stalion of Marion, KY., Margaret Alderdice of Eddyville, KY. and Danny Boone of Marion, KY.; 7 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren.
Preceding her in death are her husband, Daniel Boone; son, David Boone; 1 great grandchild; parents, Henry J. and Edith Bailey Wiginton and 2 brothers.
Services are scheduled for 11 AM Tuesday at Gilbert Funeral Home in Marion, KY. with interment in Piney Fork Cemetery. The family will receive visitors from 5-9 PM Monday at the funeral home.
