Adiel Earl Bascom, 87, of Cave-In-Rock, IL. passed away on Wednesday May 23, 2012 at Marion Veterens Affairs Nursing Home. He was born on March 22, 1925 in Cave-In-Rock, IL. to Grover Bascom & Lilly McDowell Bascom. He was an Army Veteran.
Mr. Bascom is survived by one niece: Dorthy Stajic and 5 Nephews: Billy Lee Bascom, Ulys Bascom, Barry Bascom, Noel Bacom, and Earl J. Davis.
He was preceded by his parents and nephew Larry Davis.
Visitation will be Sunday May 27, 2012 from 4:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. at Rose-Gilbert Funeral Home in Cave-In-Rock, IL. A private burial will be held at a later date.
